titleOfInvention | eco-friendly phosphogypsum paint |
abstract | ecological phosphogypsum paint, refers to a phosphogypsum-based acrylic paint, belongs to the field of industrial chemistry; Although phosphogypsum is reused in the manufacture of precast construction materials due to the high rate of phosphogypsum waste generation, the current market is not being able to reuse it as it should; In order to remedy this drawback, the subject-matter of the present patent application was developed, consisting of a micronized phosphogypsum-based acrylic paint (case 4 nh2o) which has the following 100% (100%) mass percent chemical composition and, in the following order: 10 water - 47,850 percent; Humectant - 0.200 percent om; Dispersant - 0.400 percent; 40 defoamer - 0.100 percent; Bactericidal - 0.200 percent; 60 sodium nitrite - 0.030 percent; Phosphogypsum (from 5 to 10pm) - 40,000 percent; Mix the substances 10 to 70 for two minutes; Alkalizing agent - 0.350 percent; 100 pigment - 2,500 percent; Butyl glycol - 0.750 percent; 120 mineral turpentine - 1,200 percent; 130 dispersion for 20 (twenty) minutes, etc. pigment 2,500 per cent with variation of plus or minus 15% (fifteen per cent); 110 butyl glycol 0.750 percent, plus or minus 15% (fifteen percent); 120 mineral turpentine 1,200 per cent with a variation of plus or minus 15% (fifteen per cent); Dispersion for 20 (twenty) minutes; 140 resin 7,600 percent with plus or minus 15% (fifteen percent); 150 fungicide 0.300 percent with plus or minus 15% (fifteen percent); 160 antifoam 0.150 percent with plus or minus 15% (fifteen percent) change; Mix for 2 (two) minutes and add slowly; 180 thickener average viscosity 0.350 percent with plus or minus 15% (fifteen percent) change; 19 rheological thickener 0.600 per cent with a variation of plus or minus 15% (fifteen per cent), totaling 100% of the mass. |
