abstract | PROCEDURE FOR PROCEDURING THROUGH CELL BIOLOGY FOR USE IN ANIMALS. The invention is applied to the field of cell biology, specifically to isolation, in vitro culture, cryopreservation, cell differentiation and application of mesenchymal stem cells from animal fat for autologous cell therapy purposes. It seeks to strategically establish, from the collection of adipose tissue, all the resulting events, schematically, to obtain a homogeneous extract of mesenchymal stem cells. This invention proposes a dynamic that allows the use of mesenchymal stem cells in veterinary cell therapy located in centers distant from the cell culture laboratory, provided that the transport time of the mesenchymal tissue and stem cells does not exceed 78 hours after their respective processing. |
