abstract "Process for preparing an oil containing one or more long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids derived from biome; NUTRITIONAL, COSMETIC OR PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION". The present invention relates to a stable oil containing LCPUFAs in the form of triacylglycerols, in particular arachidonic acid (ARA), dihomogamalinolenic acid (DHGLA), docosaexaenoic acid (DHA) or eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) which can be prepared by direct pressure. one or more biomasses obtained from the cultivation of a microorganism, especially a fungus or microalgae containing ARA, DHGLA, DHA or EPA acids inducing a first pressing oil and bringing a carrier oil into the composition of a foodstuff, a cosmetic or pharmaceutical product, in contact with the biomass mass, followed by pressing inducing a second pressing oil, and then combining the pressed oils and refining the mixture under controlled conditions.
