titleOfInvention Autologous human autologous progenitor mother cell culture medium, methods for the preparation thereof and a composition of human autologous progenitor mother cell and for obtaining autologous human progenitor muscle mother cells, use of an autologous human autologous progenitor culture medium human autologous progenitor mother cells, procedure for obtaining human autologous muscle progenitor mother cells and therapeutic procedure for autologous cell cardiomyoplasty, composition enriched with human autologous muscle progenitor mother cells and pharmaceutical composition
abstract "CULTURE OF AUTONOGUE HUMAN PROGENITOR MOTHER CELLS, METHODS FOR PREPARATION OF THE SAME AND A COMPOSITION OF HUMAN AUTOMOUS CELL PROGENITORS IN HUMAN PROGENITOR MOTHER CELLS autologous mother cells PROGENITOR autologous HUMAN, PROCEDURE FOR oBTAINING mother cells PROGENITOR MUSCLE autologous HUMAN AND PROCEDURE OF tHERAPEUTIC Cellular cardiomyoplasty autologous, cOMPOSITION eNRICHED WITH CELL-Maes PROGENITOR MUSCLE autologous HUMAN AND pHARMACEUTICAL cOMPOSITION ". Autologous culture medium of human autologous progenitor mother cells comprises: between 0.1% and 90% by weight of autologous human serum; between 0.1 and 10,000 IU / ml heparin; between 0.1 and 10,000 IU / ml protamine; and a culture medium containing basic nutrients with or without glutamine, sufficient to 100% by weight, and is useful for cultivating and expanding autologous human progenitor mother cells. Compositions containing said cells may be implanted into the patient by an autologous cellular cardiomyoplasty procedure to create, regenerate and repair dysfunctional myocardial tissue.
