titleOfInvention Alpha-tocopherol functionalized polyamino acids and their notably therapeutic applications
abstract "POLYAMINO ACIDS FUNCTIONALIZED BY ALPHA-TOCOFEROL AND ITS NOTEBALLY THERAPEUTIC APPLICATIONS". The present invention relates to novel biodegradable polyamino acid-based materials, notably useful for the vectorization of active ingredient (s) (PA). The invention is also directed to novel pharmaceutical, cosmetic, dietary or phytosanitary compositions based on such polyamino acids. The purpose of the invention is to provide a novel polymer feedstock capable of being used for PA vectorization and allowing to meet all specifications of the specifications: biocompatibility, biodegradability, ability to transform easily and economically. in active principle vectorization particles, these particles themselves are to form stable aqueous colloidal suspensions, easily associate with numerous active principles, and release these active principles in vivo. This purpose is achieved by the present invention which initially relates to amphiphilic polyamino acids, comprising aspartic units and / or glutamic units, characterized in that at least a part of these units carry grafts having at least one alpha-tocopherol motif, for example. Example: (alpha-tocopherol-grafted polyglutamate or polyaspartate of synthetic or natural origin).
