"NET PHARMACEUTICAL FORMULATION, UNDERSTANDING NICOTINE, FOR ORAL CAVITY ADMINISTRATION". The present invention relates to a liquid pharmaceutical formulation comprising nicotine in any form for oral cavity administration, being alkalized by buffering and / or pH regulation. Administration is preferably by spraying, and more preferably, spraying under the tongue. Also described is a method for manufacturing said formulation as well as the use of said formulation in therapy, such as therapy for treating tobacco dependence. |
