titleOfInvention Plastic material and process for making it from powder paint waste
abstract "PLASTIC MATERIAL AND THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF SAME POWDER WASTE". The material of the present invention will allow the production of many products by preventing the deposition, as nowadays, of powder paint residues generated by large quantities of industries. This material may be composed of a cellular or honeycomb structure and will consist of paint residues and isocyanate. The process for obtaining this honeycomb material is as follows: a) Homogenize the powder paint residues, b) Add isocyanate in equal amounts by weight to the powder paint residue mixture obtained in step a, c) Homogenize the mixture of paint and isocyanate residues, d) Add a previously made mixture of silicone and water, e) knead the mixture formed in step d, f) place the whole mixture into the shape of the product to be obtained, and then close it. (g) keep the temperature constant to allow the components to react. If furnaces are available, the process will be accelerated to a temperature of about 160 <198> C to 220 <198> C) e) withdrawing the form and allowing it to cool. You can add a curing step if hot ovens are available.
