abstract "WASTE MATERIAL RECYCLING METHOD BY USING THE COAL-BASED IRON MANUFACTURING PROCESS". A method of recycling waste material in a coal-based iron production process is described using a melting reduction equipment that includes a reduction furnace to reduce ore and supplementary raw materials, a smelter-reducing gasifier. melting of the reduced iron fed by the hot metal reduction furnace, a cyclone to capture fine dust in the exhaust gas from the smelter gasifier to circulate the fine dust captured to the smelter gasifier and to feed the fine dust free exhaust gas as reducing gas for the reduction furnace, and a dust burner with one end connected to the cyclone and the other end connected to the melt gasifier to perform condensation of the melt and then blow fine dust into the melt gasifier. The recycling method used in the coal-based iron production process comprises the following steps of: collecting and drying the waste material so that the total composition of T.Fe, C, CaO and MgO reaches at least 50% by weight. Weight; separating the dried waste material to have a particle size of 5 mm or less; and blow the separated manure material into the melt aerator with the dust burner.
