"APOMORPHIN DERIVATIVES AND METHODS FOR USE". Apomorphine derived compounds; pharmaceutically active compositions of apomorphine derived compounds; and the use of apomorphine-derived compounds in methods of treating sexual dysfunction or to enhance the efficacy of apomorphine for apomorphine-treated patients are described. Apomorphine derivatives may be esters, ethers, amides, mixed anhydrides, hemiacetals, glucuronates, sulfates or phosphonates. The apomorphine derivative preferably is norapomorphine. |
