Branched polyolefin polymer and method of preparation thereof |
abstract |
"RAMIFIED POLYOLPHINE POLYMER AND PREPARATION METHOD". The present invention relates to a polymer having a melt voltage (TF (g)) substantially equal to or less than that conventional for a polymer that is substantially the same as the polymer in the main skeleton repeat unit, molecular weight, molecular weight distribution and crystallinity, and having a flow activation energy (Ea (kJ / mol)) greater than the value obtained by adding 5 kJ / mol to the Ea value of the conventional polymer. A preferred example of the polymer is a branched polyolefin comprised of 50 to 100 mole% of ethylene-derived repeating units and 0 to 50 mole% of a 3- to 20-carbon-derived repeating units; having the following properties: flow activation energy (Ea (kJ / mol)) and Î ± -olefin content (C (% by weight)) satisfy the specific ratio and melting stress (TF (g)) ) and melt flow rate (TFF (g / 10min)) satisfy a specific relationship. This branched polyolefin is excellent in moldability and mechanical strength. |
