abstract |
"MIXTURE OF CONJUGATE, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION, METHOD OF TREATING INSULIN DEFICIENCY IN AN INDIVIDUAL NEEDING SUCH TREATMENT AND PROCESS TO SYNTHESIZE A MIX OF CONJUGATE". A conjugate mixture is shown, wherein each conjugate in the mixture comprises an insulin medicament coupled to an oligomer including a polyalkylene glycol moiety. The mixture may exhibit higher in vivo activity than the polydisperse mixture of similar conjugates. Mixing may also be more effective in surviving an in vitro model of intestinal digestion than polydisperse mixtures of similar conjugates. Mixing may also result in less variability between patients than polydisperse mixtures of similar conjugates. |
