| abstract | "THERMAL BASIN FOR WATER HEATING WITH TEMPERATURE CONTROL". Consisting of a thermal bowl (1), composed of a bowl-shaped container (2), having a larger upper opening (3) with rounded edges (4), in which a disposable soft cap (5) is fitted; said container (2) has a lower base (6) of smaller diameter, and internally there, a circular opening (7) is fitted on its lower external side which fits over a circular base (8). Said circular opening originates in the inner side of the container (2) a circular opening (9) where the thermostat extension (10) remains, regulated by the external control button (11); the lower base (8) in mesh is initially formed by a circular platform (12) to which a kind of heat insulator is first fixed in special cardboard (13) followed by a circular aluminum plate (14) that receives a series of equidistant cuts (15) in the middle of which pressure claws (16) are adapted to fix the container (2), which remain in contact with the walls of the circular span (7); inside said circular plate (14), a shielded resistance (17) is fixed by means of ceramic insulators (18) arranged in the form of clamps, defining a circular hole (19) through which the mentioned resistance (17) is passed through and affixed, fed through conductive cable, and the thermal basin in question is also equipped with a LED indicator (24) that informs if the device is on and / or off; still inside the container (2) an aluminum disk (21) is fixed under another EV.A.
