titleOfInvention Process for the production of substituted phenylsulfonylureas of sulfohalides
abstract "PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SUBSTITUTED PHENYLSULPHONYLURES OF SULFOHALOGENETES". The invention relates to a production process for compounds (I) or salts thereof, where Q, X *, Y, Z, R, R ^ 1 ^, R ^ 2 ^ and R ^ 3 ^ are defined as in claim 1, characterized by the fact that a) a compound (II), where Hal = halogen atom, is amonolized to (III), preferably (a1) the reaction is carried out in the mixture of organic solvents (mixture of S) , which contains (1) aromatic HC (hydrocarbons) [solvents (1) 1], and (2) polar, aprotic solvents [solvents (2)], in the weight ratio of S (1): S (2) of 20 : 1 to 1: 1, (b) the compound (III) is phosgenized with phenylsulfonyl isocyanate of the formula (IV), preferably, in the case of X * = halogen, the reaction with phosgene in an organic S is carried out, in the presence of R'-NCO isocyanates as catalyst, where R 'is equal to HC (subst.), with or without an amine base, (c) the compound (IV) obtained is reacted in S org., with heterocycle amine H ~ 2 ~ H-Het (H et = heterocycle as in (I), for the compound (I) or salts thereof, preferably the reaction is carried out in the mixture of S, aromatic hydrocarbons, optionally halogenated, with a boiling point of more than 110 <198 > C, and aprotic, polar S. At least one of the partial steps (a1) to (c1) is carried out in the process.
