titleOfInvention Surfactant solution used in the plastics recycling process, for cleaning and separating aluminum.
abstract "SURFACE SOLUTION USED IN THE PLASTIC RECYCLING PROCESS FOR CLEANING AND SEPARATING ALUMINUM". The present invention patent consists of promoting an unprecedented composition consisting of chemical substances in balanced formulation with the purpose of acting as a disintegrating agent for polymeric materials adhered to each other mechanically or resulting from the hot lamination process. Dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid was used as a surfactant, from which 5% aqueous solution (w / v) is prepared and subsequently neutralized with sodium hydroxide (NaOH) at pH 6 to 7; The product is obtained from the mixture that results in the final solution around 2.5% (m / v). Then, with stirring, Triethanolamine [(CH ~ 3 ~ CH ~ 2 ~ OH ~ 3 ~) N] between 1 to 2% (v / v) is added, the pH of the solution being corrected with Metanoic acid (HCOH) in the range from 0.0 to 3.0. The pieces or the polymeric material are reduced and immersed in the preheated composition to a temperature between 85 <198> and 100 <198> C. After treatment with the ideal composition, the polymers pass through a water tank at room temperature to remove the chemical agents.
