abstract | The invention relates to compounds of the general formula wherein R 1 represents CH 2 CONR 5 R 6 or CH 2 COR 7; R2 is a phenyl group optionally substituted with 1 to 2 substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, alkyl, nitro, cyano, trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethoxy, alkylthio, alkylsulfinyl, alkylsulfonyl, amino, substituted amino, hydroxy, alkoxy, methylenedioxy, alkoxycarbonyl, oxazolyl or oxadiazolyl; A represents a C1-4 linear or branched alkylene chain; R 3 and R 4 are independently hydrogen or C 1-4 -alkyl or R 3 and R 4 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form a saturated 5- to 7-membered heterocyclic ring which ring may contain an additional heteroatom from the group of oxygen , sulfur or nitrogen; R5 is hydrogen or C1-4-alkyl; R6 is C1-4-alkyl or phenyl optionally substituted by halogen or R5 and R6 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached represent a saturated 5- to 7-membered heterocyclic ring which may be optionally substituted by 1 or 2 methyl groups or be joined to a benzene ring; R7 is a group selected from C1-4-alkyl or optionally substituted phenyl; R8 is hydrogen or a halogen atom and n is 0, 1 or 2 and to their physiologically acceptable salts. |
