The invention relates to a process for preparing 9-hydroxylatednderivatives of androstan and transgenic steroids by microbiologicalntransformation. The stages of biomass cultivation and transformation ofnsteroid substrates are separated and the process is performed is washed away, non-growingncells in the presence of chloramphenicol as an inhibitor of protein synthesis. Bynthe method is carried out with a 9-hydroxylation of 4-androsten-3,17-dione, 16,17-nepoxy-5-pregnane-3-ol-20-one and 16,17-ethoxy-5-pregnene-3,20-dione. |
