titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF POLYMERS OF ALPHAOLEFINITE SOLUTION
abstract 1. A process for the preparation in solution of high molecular weight polymers of alpha olefins selected from ethylene homopolymers and copolymers of ethylene and C3-C12 higher alpha olefins, characterized in that it comprises charging the monomer selected from ethylene and mixtures of ethylene and at least a C 3 -C 12 alpha olefin, a coordination catalyst and an inert hydrocarbon solvent in a reactor, polymerization of said monomer at a temperature of 105 to 3200C and separation of the resulting polymer, the coordination catalyst being obtained by combining the first with a second co wherein the first component is obtained by the successive steps of: 1) mixing an organoaluminum compound solution in an inert hydrocarbon solvent with a solution of titanium tetrahalide and vanadium oxytrihalide in an inert hydrocarbon solvent at a temperature of less than 300 ° C and heating the resulting mixture to a temperature 180-2500 ° C for 16 s to 5 min; 2) cooling the resulting solution to a temperature below 1500 ° C; 3) mixing the cooled solution with vanadium oxytrihalide solution in an inert hydrocarbon solvent so as to increase the amount of vanadium in the cooled solution to an atomic content of at least 10% such that: a) the organoaluminum compound of step 1) is a compound of formula AlRnX3- nb) the organoaluminum compound of the second component is selected from compounds of formula AlRnX3-alkylsiloxanes and aluminoxanes; c) in the aluminum compounds of (A and B) R is alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl
