abstract | The invention relates to a process for producing a polyolefin breathing film (s) using a masterbatch comprising the polyolefin (s) and treated with a polydialkylsiloxane and a fatty acid mineral filler that is used in articles such as diapers and the like. By applying it, the technology for producing breathable films is improved without any blur and no blanks by refining the processed filler. The method comprises the steps of: providing a resin-containing thermoplastic material; adding to said thermoplastic material at least one filler to form micropores to form a filler resin; extruding the resin with a filler to form a film; stretching the film to form a microporous breathing film. According to the invention, the thermoplastic material is provided in the form of a masterbatch or compound containing a polyolefin and a mineral filler, wherein the masterbatch has a flow rate of the melt greater than 9 cubic meters / 10 min, measured according to ISO 1133, at a temperature of 190 ° C, charged at a rate of 5 kg in an extruder having a nozzle diameter of 2.095 mm and having a temperature resistance of less than 20 cm in the uncoated tape. The mineral filler is pretreated by a two-stage surface treatment and during the first pretreatment the filler is treated with at least one polydioxylsiloxane and in the second stage the polydioxylsiloxane-treated filler is treated with at least one fatty acid containing from 10 to 22 carbon atom, wherein the two steps can be carried out simultaneously. |
