titleOfInvention MEANS OF COMBINATION AND / OR BLOCKING OF THE CARCINOMBRONAL ANTIGEN / CEA /
abstract The agent is a biologically active vaccine complex (BAC) against CEA and is used in complex integrated therapy and secondary prevention of recurrences in carcinomas and other malignant tumors and is used in oncology in integrated therapy and / or in oncology with clinical immunotherapy of carcinomas. The agent reduces the biological effects of CEA as a key molecule in proliferation, angiogenesis, apoptosis and metastasis of carcinomas. It reduces the degree of acquired immune deficiency, enhances the specific and non-specific cellular and humoral immunity and other malignancies. The complex of inactivated bacterial lysates used has cross-specific non-specific antigenic responses and targeting effects against tumor cells targeting CEA due to cross reactivity with CEA and competition for CEA receptors. The agent induces an increase in immune T-lymphocytes, soluble polysaccharide fractions and lactoferrin potentiate the therapeutic effects of the agent by antioxidant, anticoagulant, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, immunostimulating effect, stimulates phagocytosis, T-cell proliferation and T-cell immunity, has a direct antiproliferative effect. apoptosis and a direct anti-tumor effect.
