titleOfInvention FLOAT METHOD OF FLOOR METAL ORE
abstract The method is applicable for flotation of copper, copper-pyrite, copper-molybdenum, copper-zinc, lead and lead-zinc ores. It provides a higher degree of mineral extraction without the use of depressants and activators. The method involves the use of anolyte and catholyte obtained by electrochemical processing. Prior to flotation, the ore was milled in an anolyte medium obtained in a diaphragm electrolyzer at a current density of 2 to 30 mA / cm2 and a voltage of 4 to 36 V for 1 to 5 minutes. Immediately after grinding, the catholyte obtained in the diaphragm electrolyser is added to the resulting pulp composed of the milled material and anolyte and flotation is carried out using collector reagents and foaming agents.
