CYCLESONID-CONTAINING PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION OF A WATER BASE |
abstract |
The invention relates to a water-based pharmaceutical composition comprising ciclesonide and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, wherein the ciclesonide is dispersed in an aqueous medium in the form of solid particles. With the composition, it is possible to avoid variations in ciclesonide concentrations during the manufacturing process and also to avoid decreases in ciclesonide recovery rate. |
