abstract The invention relates to a foam-forming active agent as the basis for the creation of efficiently operating in the distillate and in the reference seawater foam forming compositions. The agent will find application in the chemical, petrochemical, construction, mining, environmental and fire protection industries. The foam-forming active agent according to the invention consists of mixed in a well-defined weight ratio of sodium octyl sulphate and a basic lauryl sulphate salt (C12-C16 alkyl sulphate, mainly C12-C14).
