titleOfInvention | SYNBIOTICS |
abstract | The invention relates to a synbiotic (probiotic plus prebiotic) for human use which will be used as a supplement to human food for a purposefully beneficial effect on their health. The synbiotic is a mixture of monocultures of Lactobacillus acidophilus N 180, N NMCMCK 8242, Lactobacillus helveticus N 173, N NCDMPK 8268, Lactobacillus helveticus N 179, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus N 182, NMBCK 8250, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus N 186, N NMBMP 8243, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus N 190, N BPMCK 8247, Streptococcus thermophilus N 205, N BPMCK 8253, Bifidobacterium bifidum N PB-b1, N BPMKK 8328, Bifidobacterium longum NPB-b3, N BMPMK 8329. The newly isolated strains of lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria separately and co- high probiotic effect, show good survival in acidic environment, release a significant amount of bacteriocins that inhibit the total amount of conditionally pathogenic microorganisms in the gastrointestinal tract. At the same time, the individual components of the synbiotics provide one another with optimal conditions for retention in the mucosa and the development and propagation of the crops. With its rich composition of essential amino acids and biologically active substances help to increase the general health status of the organism. |
