titleOfInvention EXPRESSION FACTOR SYSTEM VIII
abstract The invention relates to a method of protein-free protein production having a factor VIII prothagglutinating activity which method comprises obtaining stable human clones with high factor VIII activity with a deleted B domain and adapting cells to growth in a plasma-free medium proteins. In particular, the method involves selecting clones expressing high levels of the protein having a prothagglutinating activity of factor VIII.
