titleOfInvention SPEROIDES, COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR OBTAINING THEM
abstract The invention relates to a new pharmaceutical form in the form of spheroids, to a method for the preparation of such spheroids, and to multi-compound pharmaceutical preparations containing them. Spheroids include one or more major constituents, in addition to tiagabine, which can be compressed directly without the addition of a substantial proportion of excipients and are less than 5% by weight, preferably less than 1% by weight. Spheroids consist of a nucleus and / or a coating layer with at least one thermoplastic inert ingredient having a paste-like to semi-solid consistency, at a temperature of 20 degrees C and a melting point between 25 and 100 degrees C. It is coated with an elastic and deformable film of more than 50% elongation, determined by a known method, based on a polymeric material, in particular a film whose transition temperature is less than 30 degrees C, and provides either the preservation or masking of the taste of the active major ingredient, or modification and control of a comp Yanet. The polymeric material is a polymer or a mixture of at least one polymer and a plasticizer selected from the group consisting of triethyl citrate, acetyl triethyl citrate, tributyl citrate, acetyl tributyl citrate, triacetin, diethyl phthalate, polyethylene glycols, polysorbates, mono- and diacetylated glycerides itehni mixtures. The method for producing spheroids is arranged such that a layer containing at least one thermoplastic inert ingredient, the film of polymer material and the outer coating is successively deposited on the nuclei by means of
