The invention relates to a delivery agent for the controlled release of a therapeutically active substance, in particular progestin or estrogen, over a long period of time. The agent consists of a core containing a therapeutically active substance and a membrane that encloses the core and is made of an elastomer. The latter is siloxane-based, containing 3,3,3-trifluoro-substituted moieties attached to Si-siloxane atoms. |
