abstract |
The pharmaceutical composition is in the form of effervescent tablets containing the active substance and an effervescent mixture that includes an acid component and sodium glycine carbonate as an alkaline ingredient. Preferred acidic constituents are fumaric and maleic acid and their salts. The tablets are obtained by direct compression under normal thermo-hygrometric conditions and with standard tableting equipment. |
