The compounds are used as therapeutic agents. They are of the general formula in which X represents a hydrogen or halogen atom or an alkyl, alkoxy, trifluoromethyl or phenylmethoxy group, R1 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl, cyclopropyl or phenylmethyl group, R2 means an optionally substituted alkyl group, or in optionally substituted phenylalkyl or cyclohexylmethyl or thienylmethyl or pyridinylmethyl group, or optionally substituted phenyl group or pyridinyl group or 5-methyl-1,2-oxazolyl group or 5-methyl-1,3,4- thiadiazolyl group or naphthyl group, R3 and R4 are independent each other means a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a 2-methoxyethyl group, a hydroxyalkyl group, a carboxyalkyl group, an alkoxycarbonylalkyl group, or a phenylalkyl group, or together with the nitrogen atom, which are attached together to form an optionally substituted pyrrolidinyl group, or a piperidinyl group, or a morpholinyl group or a 4-methylpiperazinyl group or an azetidinyl group or a thiazolidinyl group, and the bonding of the carbon atoms in the 3rd and 4th positions is a simple or a double bond. |
