abstract | The kit is used in the repair of cars, ships and others, in industry and households, where it is necessary to patch and restore surfaces damaged by rust, scratches and bends. The composition combines the properties of a whale, inhibitor, and corrosion transducer. When used, it is not necessary to pre-clean the metal surface or to apply an anticorrosive primer, and after its application the corrosion processes are stopped. The kits do not use hardeners to promote corrosion processes, and the amount left over after use can be used over time as it is not damaged. The kit has good adhesion to the corroded metal surface and to the enamel surface, and after grinding it also easily forms the grinding. It is water based and is environmentally safe. The kit is based on a polymer and at least one filler, further comprising an inhibitor of corrosion. The polymer is a polymeric aqueous dispersion. The components are in the following concentrations in% by weight: polymeric aqueous dispersion of 40 to 54, non-reactive fillers, 15 to 35, corrosion inhibitor 5 to 15 and water to 100. The corrosion inhibitor is zinc dihydrogen phosphate and the fillers - zirconium dioxide, titanium dioxide, carbon black, bentonite, Fe 2 O 3, kaolin or a combination thereof. |
