| abstract |
The device is used for the storage and release of homogenous suspensions of homogenous cellulose in liquid, aqueous tertiary amine oxide. It consists of a cylindrical horizontally positioned mixing vessel (1) with an inlet hole (5) for the homogenous suspension and rotor (2) having agitation elements fitted to it. The rotor shaft is fitted axially in the vessel (1) and by its revolutions it maintains the suspension in a homogenous state. The device has a facility for releasing the homogenous suspension in the form of a screw conveyor (7) mounted on the lower part of the mixing vessel (1) and connected to its interior. 3 claims, 1 figure |
