titleOfInvention DEVICE AND INSTALLATION USED IN THE PROCESSING OF NACELULOSE SOLUTIONS
abstract The device for the regulation of pressure in a spinningsolution is used for the manufacture of cellulose extrudedproducts. It has a simple and easily serviced design, quicklyreacting to any drop of the pressure and ensuring compensation byadditional initial material. The device consists of an inlet holemachined to an inlet part (8a) through which the viscose materialis poured. It has a guiding part (9, 12) having sufficient volumeto contain the entering viscose material through the inlet hole ofpart (8a). Piston (11) has a hole (11d) being fitted in part (9,12) with a facility for shifting, the volume content of part (9,12) changes with the movement of piston (11). The receiving part(11) is fitted to hole (11d) of piston (11) and is connected tothe inlet hole of the introducing part (8a), so that the viscosematerial entering the inlet hole and getting across receiving part(11) and hole (11d) of piston (11) reaches the guiding part (9,12). The discharge outlet hole is machined to a discharge part(10) to which guiding part (9, 12) is connected and through whichthe spinning cellulose solution is discharged from the device.Introducing part (8a) with an inlet hole, guiding part (9, 12) andthe receiving part (11a) are made in tubular form. Receiving part(11) is telescopically mounted on the introducing inlet part(8a). It would be adequate for the device for adjusting thepressure in the running viscose material to be used in aninstallation for the preparation of cellulose solutions yieldingto injection moulding.7 claims, 6 figures
