The tetrahydroisoquinoline compounds and theirpharmaceutically acceptable salts are applied in analgesia and thetreatment of psychoses, the Parkinson Disease, the Lesch-Nyansyndrome, in impairment of the concentration and congnitiveabilities, or in the release of drug addiction, and in delayeddyskinesia. They have the formulawhere R1 is one or more substituents selected from H, halogen, hydroxy alkyl (optionally substituted with hydroxy), alkoxy, alkylthio, alkylsulphenyl, alkylsulphonyl, nitro, cyano, polyhaloalkyl, polyhaloalkoxy, phenyl (optionally substituted byone or more halogen, alkyl, alkoxy), or R1 is optionally alkylatedcarbamoyl; R2 means saturated or unsaturated aliphatic group, optionally substituted by hydroxy or alkoxy; E is alkylene chainoptionally substituted by one or more alkyl groups; G means (a)optionally substituted saturated or unsaturated alicylic groupcontaining from 3 to 8 carbon atoms, or (b) optionally substitutedsaturated or unsaturated aliphatic chain containing 1 to 12 carbonatoms, or (c) optionally substituted 5- or 6-member heterocyclicring containing one or more N or O atoms, or SOn groups where n is0, 1 or 2. The invention also relates to their O-acylatedderivatives which ensure lipophilic esters.18 claims |
