The invention relates to water soluble, acid-group containinggraftcopolymerisates having at least partial biologicaldegradation based on sugars and monoethylene unsaturated carbonicacids, sulphonic acids and/or phosphonic acids and their salts,eventually also other monomers. By the method, thegraftcopolymerisates are produced at temperature under 200ÞC bymeans of radical polymerization initiators where a mixture ispolymerized of 5-60 wt.% mono-, di- and oligosacccharides, theirderivatives and their mixtures and 95-40 wt.% monomer mixturecontaining monoethylene unsaturated carbonic acid, at least onemonoethylene unsaturated sulphonic acid, one monoethyleneunsaturated ester of the sulphuric acid and/or vinylphosphonicacid or the salts of these acids with monovalent cations, alsopossibly having other monomers. The invention also relates to theuse of the graftcopolymerisates in aqueous system for binding ofmultivalent metallic ions, for inhibition of the water hardness,as an additive in detergents and cleaning preparations, as textileauxiliary materials, dispersion agents, especially for pigments,as well as auxilliary material in the paper and leatherindustries. |
