The composition is used for hydration and desquamation of the corneal layer of the skin and for the treatment of ichthyosis, ichthyosome dermatoses, endogenous eczema, psoriasis and hyperkeratosis. It has an enhanced moisturizing ability and improves the rheological properties of the skin and preserves its normal physiological functions. The composition comprises stearin, cetyl alcohol, isopropyl myristate, glycerin, sodium chloride, fatty alcohols and fatty alcohol sulfates of the self-emulsifying type, water, urea, betaine monohydrate and lactic acid. The quantitative ratio of the active ingredients is as follows: urea from 8 to 12, betaine from 3 to 6, lactic acid from 3 to 7 and hydrocortisone 0.8-1.2. The total amount of active ingredient to the proposed vehicle is 14.8 to 26.2%. |
