titleOfInvention | Pharmacetical preparations |
abstract | The pharmaceutical preparation includes C12-C24 fatty acid which can be saturated or is mono- or polysaturated, e.g. oleinic or linoleic acid and base lyophylic pharmaceutically active substance. Part of the C12-C24 fatty acid is formulated for not too long liberation in nonparenteral application and part of the C12-C24 fatty acid and at least part of a pharmaceutically active substance are formulated for continuous liberation in nonparenteral application. The pharmaceutically active substance can be cardiovascular medicament such as propanolol, verapamyl, nephedipine, ditiasem, metoprolol, nicardinpin or labetolol. Such medicaments assist in the absorption redistribution of the active substance from the hepatic portal blood distribution to the lymphatyic system which prevents any preceding hepatic metabolism. |
