abstract |
The method has a simplified technology and the resulting tylosinbase and water-alcohol concentrates are of high quality. Tylosin is a macrolide antibiotic with a wide application in veterinary medicine. By the process, the aqueous concentrates of the acid salts of the tylosinase or phosphoric acid obtained by known methods are alkylated to pH 8.0-9.0 with alkaline earth metal hydroxides in the presence of C1-C3 alkanols, after which the precipitate is filtered off and the filtrate concentrate. |
