titleOfInvention | ELECTRIC MOTOR FOR DC |
abstract | The engine is used to drive industrial and commercial vehicles. It is convenient for use in golf carts and electric trucks. It has a high rated power and efficiency per unit volume and unit weight at high magnetic flux and low magnetic momentum. It is made of casing, stator and rotor, as the rotor magnetic conductor (rm) and the stator magnetic conductor (cm) are made of ferromagnetic plates. In the yoke of cm and on the axis (160) of symmetry of each pole (130) there are holes (144) for the passage of means for strengthening the whole motor. These holes (144) are at a distance to the outer surface of cm at least equal to the thickness of the ferromagnetic plates. The ratio of the number of channels for the winding in pm to the outer diameter of pm is greater than 5.51 cm-1, but about 6.2 cm-1 is optimally selected. The ratio of the outer diameter of the rm to the depth of the winding channel in the rm is about from 9.04 to 9.16. The ratio of the minimum neck width (131) of the stator pole (130) to the double thickness of the stator yoke (136) is from about 0.81 to about 1.0. |
