abstract The food is used in the prophylactic and curative nutrition of patients suffering from arterial hypertension. It reduces the risk of elevated blood pressure due to its high arginine content. The food contains the following components in%: from 25 to 80 grains, from 10 to 75 ballasts, from 5 to 10 milk supplements, from 5 to 60 fruit and vegetable supplements, from 0.3 to 2.0 vitamin premix and from peas, an arginine content of more than 0.33.
