abstract The method is applicable in the brewing industry. The beer produced thereon has a pronounced anti-radiation effect and, in particular, radioprotective and decorative properties to strontium and cerium radionuclides. The method involves mixing the malt with a cup of potable and fluorinated mineral water and adjusting the pH to a citric acid or other authorized food for the food after homogenization of the mixture. After saccharification and squeezing of the sweet wort, the bran is rinsed with the same mixture of drinking and mineral water. The wort is wetted with hops granulate by a bipartite method and is sourced with active yeast in return Sacch. carlsbergensis <216> 8. The remaining processes are carried out according to known technological schemes.
