titleOfInvention Method for the preparation of 2-oxo-1, 3-dioxolan-4-ilmethylacrylate
abstract The method is applicable in the organic synthesis. It avoids the use of poisonous components, such as phosgene and acryloyl chloride. The prepared compound is a monomer in the synthesis of coatings and resists. According to the method, glycidylacrylate interacts with carbon dioxide at a temperature of 70 to 120 degrees C and a pressure of 10 to 50 atm. in the presence of the catalyst alkyl/aryl/ammonium or phosphonic halogenide, which has the formula (R<1>)3R<2>AX, where R<1> is ethyl, butyl or phenyl, R<2> is ethyl, benzyl, butyl or methyl, X is chlorine, bromine or iodine, and A is nitrogen or phosphorus.
