abstract The agent is applied with patients suffering from chronical lung diseases - chronical obstructive lung disease, chronical bronchitis, lung emphysemas, pneumosclerosis, bronchiectasia, chronic bronchial asthma. It substantially enhances the partial oxygen pressure in the arterial blood, reduces the partial pressure of the carbon dioxide and increases the hemoglobin saturation. The agent is a zinc complex with bioactive ligands - aminoacids, in particular asparagin or orotic, and is orally applied in 40 to 120 mg a day, calculated as zinc.
