abstract | Ammonium salt is also used in medicine. This method sulphonizes hydroquinone with concentrated sulphuric acid in 1:1,5 to 2 proportion at room temperature, while the derived hydroquinone monosulphonic acid interacts directly with an equimolar quantity of 25% solution of ammonium with a pH of 6.0 to 6.5 at temperatures below 15 degrees C. |
