abstract | The utility model refers to a biologically active product, in particular a biologically active product with probiotic properties for the needs of dietary and rational nutrition, as a functional food based on cow's milk for healthy eating. In particular, the biologically active product according to the utility model includes probiotic starter culture, as a combination of active cells of microorganisms of the type LBB BY 5-12, provided by LB Bulgaricum EAD, with a content of viable microorganisms of not less than 1 .x 10 7 cfu / g Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus and 1 x 10 8 Streptococcus thermophilus cfu / g and prebiotic, such as inulin from 0.15 g to 2.5 g, vitamin D from 0.007 g to 0.015 g, calcium from 0.002 g to 0.02 g and pectin 0.5 g, which is per 100 g of finished product. In combination with pectin, a better health effect is achieved, expressed in the reduction of harmful cholesterol and increase of the beneficial microflora in the gastrointestinal tract. The action of prebiotics supplemented with probiotic microorganisms in the form of various dairy products, as a symbiotic action, contributes primarily to dietary and rational nutrition, as a functional food based on cow's milk, which is a healthy diet suitable for children and adults. |
