abstract The useful model refers to a biologically active food product which finds application in the production of curative-prophylactic products, food additives and products in the food-processing industry. The composition of the biologically active product comprises the following components: Pure Apple Pectin; Glucose-fructose syrup (Glucose-Fructose Syrup); L-ascorbic acid (L-Ascorbic Acid); Lemonic acid (Citric Acid); Natural apple aroma (Aroma Apple); Natural aroma raspberry (Aroma Raspberry); Malic Acid; Tartaric Acid; Sodium Benzoate Sodium; Potassium sorbate (Potassium Sorbate); Purified water through double reverse osmosis. The proposed composition has a detoxifying, prophylactic and curative effect on the human organism, moreover the composition components are available with a long shelf life and normal storage conditions.
