abstract | The useful model refers to a biologically active product, in particular a biologically active product with probiotic properties, for the needs of dietetic and rational nutrition, as a functional cow's milk based nutrition for healthy eating. In particular, the biologically active product according to the utility model comprises probiotic starter culture LBB HV 5-12 provided by LBB Bulgaricum EAD with a viable microorganism content of not less than 1.times.10@7 cfu / g Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus and 1 x 10 8 cfu / g of Streptococcus thermophilus, and further contains inulin as a prebiotic of 0.1 to 2.5 g, vitamin D of 0.005 g to 0.015 g and calcium from 0.005 g to 0.02 g, wherein said amounts are for 100 g of finished product. The effect of prebiotics is supplemented with probiotic microorganisms in the form of various dairy products with synbiotic action. Functional cow's milk feed contributes to rational and healthy eating, and is suitable for children and adults. |
