Includes a housing in which at least one steam reactor (3) comprising a metallic coil (4), one end of which is connected to a water source (1), and the other outlet end is connected to a steam consumer. A central heater (5) is arranged centrally along the axis of the metal coil (4) which is made as a halogen lamp. The metallic coil (4) is provided with a pitch defined by the ratio between the inner diameter of the pipe from which it is made and its length and is in the range of 1: 2.5 to 1: 3.5. A pump (6) is mounted on the feed pipe (2) for supplying water to the metal coil (4).
