abstract The method and the apparatus are used in the field of food industry, medicine, water purification, agriculture and everyday life. The obtained water has improved quality indicators. The device includes two interconnected housings made of dielectric material. The first housing is cylindrical in shape and includes an ionization module representing an aqueous ionizer (13). It may consist of nineteen cells with twenty-one electrodes separated by ceramic ion exchange membranes (not shown in the figure). The upper end of the second housing is connected to the ionizer by means of an inlet nozzle (9). The second housing has a metal grounded housing (2) to obtain shielding of electromagnetic waves and other physical factors that may affect the structuring process. The second housing contains a centrifugal vortex chamber (1) made of dielectric material, which is housed in the housing (2). The centrifugal vortex chamber (1) is a cylindrical body, at the upper end of which an opening is formed for the inlet nozzle (9), and at its lower end the centrifugal vortex chamber (1) is connected to a calming coil by means of an outlet nozzle (10). 11). The calming coil (11) is made of dielectric material and is rotated to the right with a conical shape. A tube (3) made of dielectric material is axially arranged in the centrifugal vortex chamber (1), in which it is placed in a dielectric cylinder (4). A bifilar coil (5) with a ferrite core (6) electrically connected to a scalar wave generator (14) is wound around the cylinder (4). The bifilar coil (5) consists of a single insulated copper conductor. It is wound in a double spiral clockwise from bottom to top and then counterclockwise counterclockwise with parallel windings in opposite directions and a winding angle of 45 °, which intersect with the opposite wire from the winding of 90 ° in nodes in the same places where the windings overlap and the nodes are arranged along one axial line.
