abstract | The invention will find application in the processing of hazardous waste obtained after recycling of lead-acid batteries, including lead compounds, polymers, metals and other wastes. The method includes four stages of processing, in the first stage (A) pre-treatment of hazardous waste is performed in four stages of reducing the size of the waste, neutralization with an alkaline solution, chemical treatment and drying. In the second stage (B), the waste treated in the first stage is sorted, whereby the separated polyethylene separators with silica filler are fed to the third stage (C) for processing by gasification. The resulting gas phase is fed to the fourth stage (O), which is a combustion process. The plant for carrying out the method for processing hazardous waste includes a pre-treatment unit (A), followed by a sorting unit (B), which is connected to a unit for processing polyethylene separators with filler of silica (C), after which it is located gas phase processing unit (O) connected to an energy module (E). |
