titleOfInvention | METHOD FOR INDUSTRIAL COMPOSITION OF AGRICULTURAL, SOLID DOMESTIC WASTE AND EARTH COMPONENT FOR MANUFACTURE OF ORGANIC FERTILIZERS - WINDROW SYSTEM COMPOSITION |
abstract | According to the method, fruits and vegetables can be grown with organic fertilizer-compost without residual nitrites and nitrates. The separation of agricultural waste into nitrifying (those containing organic nitrogen) and carbonizing (those containing a large amount of organic carbon) and their alternation in certain layers in a heap arrangement provides a C / N ratio of 20 - 25/1. According to the method, soil is used as a layer in the heap, which enriches the waste and compost with soil microflora involved in composting. In this way the stressful state of the ecosystems in the soil during fertilization with compost is prevented. The water-soluble organic and inorganic nutrients from the waste are stored on a cement site with shafts and injected back into the dry waste. The use of a polyethylene coating accelerates the fermentation process and prevents volatile substances from entering the environment, such as carbon and nitrogen, in the form of oxides. The cover protects the product and the waste from the atmospheric influences (rain, snow, wind and sun), as the organic compost does not weather. |
