abstract The drug formulation contains active active substance aluminum sucrose sulphate. Appropriately selected excipients and process regimes for preparing the drug formulation result in a suspension with an optimal particle size of the active substance, a uniform coating of the ulcer surface and guaranteed microbial purity. The formulation contains the active ingredient aluminum sucrose sulphate and excipients, a mixture of wheat starch and xanthan gum as a suspension stabilizer, a preservative comprising a combination of sodium benzoate, methyl parahydroxybenzoate and ethyl parahydroxybenzoate, a sweetener sodium saccharin and a solvent, a mixture of glycerol and purified water in the following quantitative proportions of the components in g: aluminum sucrose sulfate 20, wheat starch 1 to 5, xanthan gum 0.05 to 0.5, sodium benzoate 0.1, methyl parahydroxybenzoate 0.1, propyl ahidroksibenzoat 0.02; sodium saccharin from 0.02 to 1, 30% simethicone emulsion from 0.1 to 0.5, flavor from 0.02 to 0.05, glycerol from 5 to 15 and purified water to 100 ml.
